She also served as Team Captain in both swimming and dance her senior year.  She and her teammates captured all three swimming relay records her senior year.

Jamesyn is an accomplished dancer. Last summer, she was crowned the Pacific Northwest Senior Miss Spotlight for her award-winning tap dance performance. Additionally, she is a performing company member of Alchemy Tap Project (ATP). Jamesyn has been selected through an in-person audition process multiple summers to train with the Radio City Rockettes during their Summer Intensives in New York City.

In the future, Jamesyn hopes to attend medical school and specialize in treating children with disabilities.  Throughout middle and high school, she was fortunate to volunteer as a student aid assisting classmates with special needs. Small improvements yielded lasting results, encouraging her to have a more direct impact on the well-being of children in her future. She has always strived to be inclusive of others, recognizing the struggles faced by her peers. Jamesyn plans to continue dancing and pursue companies that allow her to continue her training and provide performance opportunities.
